Dental Front Office Coordinator (Business Assistant)
$21–$27/hour | Full-Time | Mount Pleasant, SC

The front office sets the tone for the entire patient experience. You'll be the friendly voice on the phone, the warm welcome when a family arrives, and the organized problem-solver who helps keep the day running smoothly. You'll:
- Create an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out
- Manage the schedule and keep patient flow moving
- Help families with appointments, insurance, and questions
- Handle calls, cancellations, and schedule changes with confidence
- Keep communication flowing between the front and clinical teams
- Jump in, solve problems, and help your teammates succeed
You communicate confidently, stay calm when things get busy, and don't wait for someone else to solve a problem. Dental or medical front-office experience is preferred, and you'll need to be comfortable with technology, multitasking, and working at both of our Mount Pleasant locations (29464 & 29466). Most importantly, you genuinely enjoy helping children, families, and your teammates have a great day. ???? Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (every other Friday off!)
Two Tuesday evenings/month (1:00–7:00 PM during the school year) ???? No weekends
