Job Description

Looking for an enthusiastic couselor who is eager to work alongside a great team of providers in a 
Family Practice setting! 

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and work collaboratively to establish personalized therapy goals that spark meaningful progress and sustainable recovery.
• Deliver impactful individual and group therapy sessions while maintaining meticulous, confidential records that uphold clinical excellence and quality care standards.
• Track and celebrate meaningful therapy progress by evaluating intervention effectiveness and strategically adjusting your approach to drive optimal outcomes.
• Empower patients by connecting them with community resources and therapeutic activities that extend healing beyond the counseling room and strengthen their daily lives.
• Collaborate seamlessly with patients, families, physicians, and community partners to deliver integrated, whole-person care—from initial assessment through successful discharge and ongoing support.

Shift: 8am-4:30pm onsite in Southfield 

Pay Range: 25.52-38.28/hr depending on experience
