Nurse Practitioner-OncologyLocation: Bethesda & Glen Burnie, MarylandSchedule: Monday–Friday | OutpatientCompensation: $150,000–$165,000+ depending on experienceAre you an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner looking for an opportunity to take your oncology expertise into an innovative and growing area of cancer care?We are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join a physician-founded, growing network of outpatient clinics focused on precision oncology, theranostics, and innovative cancer treatments.This is an excellent opportunity for an NP with a strong outpatient oncology background who wants meaningful patient relationships, close physician collaboration, and the opportunity to learn and grow in the rapidly expanding field of theranostics.Prior radiopharmaceutical or theranostics experience is NOT required. We are looking for a clinically strong oncology NP who is interested in learning this specialized area of cancer treatment.Key Responsibilities:Monday–Friday outpatient schedule with predictable clinic hoursNo routine inpatient responsibilitiesWork closely with experienced Nuclear Medicine Physicians and physician foundersReceive training in theranostics and radiopharmaceutical therapyFollow patients throughout their treatment journeySpend meaningful time with patients and their familiesWork with a specialized, collaborative clinical teamExposure to precision oncology and emerging cancer therapiesOpportunity to help shape a growing clinical program as the organization expandsQualifications:Active Nurse Practitioner credentials and Maryland licensure5+ years of outpatient oncology NP experienceStrong solid-tumor oncology experienceExperience independently assessing and managing oncology patientsComfortable reviewing labs, imaging, treatment response, and treatment plansExperience managing treatment-related symptoms and toxicitiesStrong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skillsExcellent patient and family communication skillsComfortable collaborating closely with physiciansAbility to regularly work between the Bethesda and Glen Burnie locationsCompensation and Benefits:Salary range of $150,000 to $165,000Medical, dental and vision insurance.401k plan
