Play a critical part in supporting Integrated Supply Management operations, keeping inventory accurate, and ensuring smooth shipping and receiving functions. [Responsibilities] - Maintain precise records for material quantities, costs, and inventory transactions - Perform shipping and receiving functions, including verifying and inspecting incoming materials - Identify and reject defective assets, ensuring quality standards are met - Prepare and update inventory records, reporting, and investigating stock discrepancies - Requisition supplies as needed to support ongoing operations - Support Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T) tasks - Operate forklifts, pallet stackers, and 24ft box trucks (non-CDL) as required [Required Skills and Experience] - Minimum 3 years' experience operating forklifts and/or pallet stackers - At least 3 years' shipping/receiving and warehousing experience - Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) - Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. - Proven teamwork and communication skills - Valid driver's license with ability to drive a box truck (up to 26,000 lbs.
