Job Description

Dinamic AS Group is seeking a motivated and people-focused Team Leader Trainee to join our team in College Station, TX.

This position provides hands-on exposure to team operations, communication, performance management, organization, and leadership development. You will work alongside experienced team members and leadership while learning how to coordinate daily activities, support team performance, solve problems, and contribute to an efficient and positive working environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of daily team activities and operational priorities.
• Assist team members in meeting individual and group objectives.
• Learn and apply leadership, coaching, and team management techniques.
• Communicate goals, expectations, updates, and priorities clearly to team members.
• Help maintain a productive, professional, and organized work environment.
• Track team progress and assist with identifying areas for improvement.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and leadership development activities.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day challenges and operational concerns.
• Encourage collaboration, accountability, and effective communication within the team.
• Work closely with management to understand business objectives and team performance expectations.
• Develop the skills required to take on increasing leadership and supervisory responsibilities.
