Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing positive, therapeutic relationships while adhering strictly to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to review their progress, determine their stability, and discuss upcoming appointments, ensuring appropriate discharge planning when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments for new clients, evaluating their mental health needs and treatment goals.
\n
• Engage in individual therapy sessions weekly, adapting approaches to meet each client's evolving needs.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to foster professional development and enhance therapeutic skills.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated and multidisciplinary approach to client care.

• Maintain a growth mindset, committing to ongoing professional development and learning in the field of mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at our center, you will serve a varied patient population, including individuals and families navigating mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your expertise will support clients of diverse backgrounds, while also focusing on fostering resilience and promoting healing in a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Active, unrestricted LPC licensure in Colorado.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.

• Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and Outlook, is necessary for documentation and communication purposes.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to clients and families, with comfort in conducting intake assessments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value the contributions of our team members and offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates, allowing clinicians to receive payment ahead of collections. Additional benefits include:
