We offer professional training, skill enhancement and opportunities to advance toward full‑time positions. Position Details This is a direct hire, part‑time, on‑call role performing office services. Hours range M‑F 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. No nights, no weekends. Locations will be in the St. Louis metro area. Business professional dress code required. Hourly Compensation: $17.50–19.50 USD per hour Amenities: Access to public transportation nearby. Great working environment! No nights/weekends. Responsibilities Operate mailing, copy, and fax equipment. Maintain high levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude. Ship and receive items, order supplies. Pick up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs, and faxes to customers. Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high‑volume production environment. Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines and all safety procedures. Perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Must have reliable transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routes. High school diploma or equivalent (GED). College degree is a plus and allows a fast‑track path to management. Customer service, hospitality, or retail background preferred. Professional appearance and demeanor. Keyboarding and Windows PC skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Lifting up to 55 pounds.
