Administrative Assistant III, Educational Services

Job Title

Under the direction of the Administrator, perform a variety of complex clerical and secretarial duties in support of an assigned site and to relieve the Administrator of administrative and clerical detail; serve as primary secretary to the assigned Administrator; serve as a resource and provide information regarding school or district policies and procedures to teachers, students, parents and the general public; prepare and maintain a variety of files and records related to assigned activities; assure smooth and efficient office operations. Incumbents require increased experience and thorough knowledge of school or district operations, activities and related regulations, policies and procedures.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Letter of Introduction
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (2-3 recent letters; dated within the past 2 years.)
• Proof of HS Graduation (Copy of HS diploma, GED, or equivalent)
• Resume

Fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice and/or FBI, proof of being cleared of Tuberculosis are required prior to starting employment.
