Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and families, and offering one-on-one counseling when necessary.
\n
• Addressing a diverse range of mental health issues, including but not limited to family dynamics, communication difficulties, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Implementing therapeutic techniques that promote emotional healing and foster healthier relationships.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records using our electronic health record system.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to clients.
\n
• Participating in regular supervision and continuing education to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including couples seeking to improve their relationships, families dealing with communication breakdowns, and individuals navigating personal crises. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet client needs and administrative tasks.
