Senior Operations Staff

Execute purchasing transactions and provide planning support to ensure compliant procurement, material availability, and operational continuity Create and manage POs in SAP in compliance with pricing, approvals, and tax requirements Communicate with suppliers on orders, deliveries, and issue resolution Track orders, resolve discrepancies, and escalates supply risks Assist RFQs, supplier coordination, and performance tracking Maintain accurate supplier and purchasing data in SAP Support cycle counts, reconciliations, and documentation (COAs, shipping) Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ISO requirements Support MRP, inventory monitoring, expediting, and material availability during coverage needs Requirements Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field required Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or planning within a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience supporting both purchasing and planning functions strongly preferred Experience working in SAP or equivalent ERP systems required Proficiency in SAP (or similar ERP system) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., lookups, pivot tables) Familiarity with MRP concepts and inventory management principles preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
