Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)
Pay Rate: Approximately $20.00/hour
Position Overview
Our small law firm in Mesa is seeking a temporary bilingual receptionist (English/Spanish) to cover for our regular receptionist while she is on vacation. This is a short-term assignment only; we are not seeking to fill a permanent position.
The ideal candidate will be professional, welcoming, dependable, and comfortable interacting with clients in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
We would like the selected candidate to attend a full day of training on Thursday, July 9, 2026 , prior to independently covering the reception desk during the following business days.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Greet clients and visitors as they arrive.
- Notify staff members when clients arrive for appointments.
- Create a welcoming and professional first impression for all visitors.
- Forward emails and faxes received at the front desk to appropriate staff members.
- Assist with basic administrative and front-desk support duties as needed.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook.
- Comfortable learning basic functions within our client database system (Time Matters). Training will be provided; the temporary receptionist will only need to learn how to look up client information.
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
- Legal office experience is not required, but candidates with a legal background are welcome to apply.
