Senior Technology Auditor, GA&A (1 of 2)

Johnson & Johnson's Global Audit & Assurance organization seeks a Senior Technology Auditor to conduct risk-based audits across global technology environments. The role involves evaluating controls related to cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and digital platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk-based technology audits including Technology Risk Reviews, pre-implementation reviews, and SOX 404 ITGC testing with limited supervision
• Lead audit workstreams by directing staff, delegating tasks, reviewing work quality, and providing constructive feedback
• Plan and execute audit procedures to evaluate control design and operating effectiveness across financial reporting, healthcare operations, privacy, and cybersecurity
• Develop high-quality audit deliverables, analyses, and communications that support conclusions and meet departmental standards
• Identify key risks and root causes to develop practical recommendations for strengthening controls and reducing technology risk

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in IT audit, assurance, or advisory services
• Strong working knowledge of technology risk frameworks such as NIST, COBIT, or ISO
• Demonstrated ability to independently execute audit procedures and assess control design and effectiveness
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with risk-and-control mindset
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%
