Senior Account Manager, Demand
Verve Therapeutics
Senior Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of strategic demand partners including DSPs and programmatic buyers. This role combines relationship management, performance analysis, and technical troubleshooting to drive partner success and revenue growth across Verve's advertising ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day relationships and performance for strategic DSP and demand partner portfolio
- Analyze revenue and bidstream data to identify performance gaps and develop corrective action plans
- Troubleshoot programmatic auction issues including bid rate, win rate, IVT, and inventory availability
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to diagnose integration problems and prioritize solutions
- Develop data-driven recommendations to improve partner scale, efficiency, and marketplace performance
Requirements
- 5+ years programmatic advertising, ad tech, account management, or technical client-facing experience
- Direct DSP and demand partner management experience
- Strong understanding of OpenRTB, auction mechanics, and programmatic ecosystem
- Data analysis and revenue performance management skills
- Technical troubleshooting capability across bidstream and integration issues
- Cross-functional collaboration and independent project ownership ability
