Sales ManagerA national leader in luxury fitness is looking for amazing talent to join our team and seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead our studio to success! This position will be based in the San Dimas, CA area.The General Manager will oversee all studio functionality from sales to studio operations.Requirements:2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferredConfident in generating personal sales and supervising Sales RepsAbility to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retailPrevious management or supervisory experience preferredMust have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phoneMust be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spiritAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgementAn affinity and passion for fitnessSolid writing and grammar skillsHighly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesProfessional, punctual, reliable and neat and organizedStrong attention to detail and accuracyTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general publicProficiency with computers and Studio softwareCollege Degree PreferredThis is a full-time position.
