Work Environment The position is based at our outpatient orthopedic office, which operates from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our clinic is designed to be a healing haven, equipped with the latest rehabilitation technology and tools necessary for optimal patient care. Here, you will collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, ensuring an efficient and supportive workflow for both staff and patients. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify functional limitations and develop tailored treatment plans. Implement treatment protocols grounded in the latest research and clinical practices, adjusting as necessary to meet evolving patient needs. Perform regular assessments and provide clear documentation of patient progress, including treatment goals and expected outcomes. Work closely with other healthcare providers to enhance patient care, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment. Engage actively in continuous education and professional development to stay updated on industry advancements. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve clinic operations and patient care strategies. Patient Population / Client Focus This role primarily focuses on treating orthopedic patients dealing with injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, and other functional disabilities. As a Physical Therapist at Snapback Wellness & Rehabilitation, you will play an integral role in helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. Your empathetic approach and clinical expertise will help empower patients in their recovery processes. Qualifications A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program. Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist, in compliance with the Physical Therapy Examining Committee. Minimum of two years of outpatient orthopedic experience. Current CPR Certification. Preferred Experience Experience utilizing advanced therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation technologies. History of working collaboratively in an outpatient setting. Knowledge of the latest trends in physical therapy and rehabilitation. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
