Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to develop tailored treatment plans for each client using your expertise in clinical social work.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving treatment to foster positive client outcomes.

• Engage in consistent collaboration with other healthcare professionals, including doctors and psychologists, to ensure an integrated care approach that addresses all aspects of a client's health.

• Methodically monitor client progress towards treatment goals, making adaptions in therapeutic strategies based on ongoing evaluations, whether conducted in person or remotely.

• Assist in the management of psychotropic medications by closely monitoring adherence, side effects, and overall treatment effectiveness, in line with medical advice provided by physicians.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of our detox center, you will work primarily with clients experiencing substance use disorders, who are often navigating complex emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
