Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Conscious Therapy Health Clinic, you will:

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as solution-focused therapy and motivational interviewing, to guide clients toward tangible outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care physicians and other specialists, to create a cohesive care plan for each client.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions either virtually or in person, depending on client preference and need.

• Assist in managing psychotropic medication by providing relevant counseling on adherence, potential side effects, and treatment efficacy.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with clinic protocols and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
