Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' strengths and needs, employing diagnostic assessment tools and client interviews.

• Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to coordinate integrated care plans and support clients’ overall wellness.

• Advocate for clients' rights and access to community resources, networking with local organizations to facilitate support services.

• Document client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes meticulously in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education activities to share insights, enhance clinical skills, and stay informed about best practices in social work.

Qualifications\n
