Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' unique mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions in various formats, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, adapting your approach to meet differing client needs.

• Monitor client progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide age-appropriate assessments and interventions for clients, including children and adolescents, considering developmental stages and cultural backgrounds.

• Establish and lead parent support groups, fostering a supportive therapeutic environment, particularly for parents dealing with the complexities of placement and adoption involving prenatally substance-exposed children.

• Maintain thorough clinical documentation in compliance with state and organizational regulations to ensure high standards of care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide in-house referrals and additional treatment resources for clients as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
