The office is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and tools that allow for a variety of physical therapy techniques and approaches, ensuring each therapist has what they need to succeed.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and establish individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs and goals.Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy techniques, exercise regimens, and assistive technologies, to facilitate recovery.Document treatment plans, patient progress, and treatment outcomes using electronic health records, ensuring compliance with clinical standards.Modify therapy programs as necessary based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback to maximize therapeutic effectiveness.Educate and train patients, caregivers, and families on exercises and equipment use to promote independence in self-care and daily activities.Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training, staying informed of the latest advancements in physical therapy practices.Patient Population / Client FocusIn this role, you will work with patients recovering from a variety of conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, and neurological disorders. Your expertise will help guide patients through personalized rehabilitation plans that foster their recovery, mobility, and overall health.QualificationsA Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients and other healthcare professionals.Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and basic computer applications.Ability to adapt to diverse patient needs and demonstrate flexibility in treatment approaches.Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, particularly in orthopedics or sports rehabilitation, is preferred but not required.Familiarity with functional training and advanced manual therapy techniques is highly regarded.Experience in mentoring or training new graduates is an advantage as we value collaborative growth within our team.Compensation and BenefitsThe annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
