Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and intake interviews to comprehensively understand clients’ mental health concerns.

• Deliver a variety of therapy sessions—individual, family, and group—utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Craft individualized treatment plans that clearly outline therapeutic goals, strategies, and interventions tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for our clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and safety planning for clients presenting with acute challenges, ensuring they receive immediate support.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
