Production Line Associate I

Department: Operations

Reports To: Production Supervisor

Location: Fairfield

Position Summary

Seeking dependable and motivated Production Line Associates to join our Operations team. In this role, you will help ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. This position requires the ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining excellent attendance, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate efficiently on the production line while maintaining consistent speed and accuracy.
• Package finished products, including assembling boxes, packing, labeling, and taping.
• Perform quality inspections and remove products that do not meet company standards.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all written and verbal instructions from supervisors and line leaders.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Observe all workplace safety policies and immediately report safety concerns.
• Participate in required safety, quality, and production training.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed to support production demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read and understand production documents and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 8-hour shifts.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds .
• Perform repetitive motions involving hands, arms, bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to safely perform manual labor throughout the shift.
