Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings of patients to identify their mental health needs and formulize tailored treatment plans that address those specific issues.

• Provide individualized short-term counseling sessions and crisis intervention to assist patients in navigating a variety of emotional and psychological challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Lead group therapy sessions that promote healing, education, and peer support, focusing on topics that foster mental health awareness and patient development.

• Collaborate with medical staff, patient support services, and community organizations to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses the holistic needs of our patients, ensuring the highest standard of mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Therapist within our outpatient clinic, you will work with a diverse client base encompassing all ages, backgrounds, and mental health concerns. Our patients include individuals experiencing acute mental health crises, those requiring ongoing therapeutic support for chronic conditions, and clients seeking preventative care to enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals in a hospital and outpatient setting, along with familiarity with evidence-based practices.
