Full charge Bookkeeper or Assistant

Job Overview Join our boutique bookkeeping office in Oakland Gardens. This in‑office position can be part‑time or full‑time, but a consistent set schedule is required. Responsibilities Perform bookkeeping tasks in a dynamic environment. Use QuickBooks, Excel and other computer tools to maintain accurate records. Qualifications Business, accounting, economics, finance or law majors or recent graduates. Computer, AI and Excel proficient; QuickBooks knowledge is a plus. Responsible, committed, and able to multi‑task. Schedule In‑office, part‑time or full‑time with a set schedule; consistency is required. Compensation Entry level $20 per hour; with experience $25 or more per hour. Pay is based on knowledge, skills and performance.
