Pathway Professional Counseling is looking for an experienced Professional Counselor to join our team at our location in Mokena, IL.
If you are a dedicated, empathic and motivated mental health professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of your clients, Pathway Professional Counseling might be the place for you. Our offices come furnished and have large windows for natural light. We also have a private waiting room in our modern and relaxed space.

This is a part or full-time independent contractor position. Clinical License is required.
We Provide:
· A flexible schedule as you set your hours and can work both in person at our office and via telehealth.
· Clinical self-agency in a supportive and collaborative environment.
· Marketing to support the expansion or start of your caseload.
· Full-billing services are provided so you can focus on your clinical work.
· Competitive compensation based on your licensure and experience.
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide initial intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
· Provide one-to-one clinical counseling for clients.
· Monitor client progress and modify their treatment plans as needed.
· Maintain accurate mental health records.
· Provide telehealth services when appropriate to expand access to care.
· Maintain licensure requirements.
Full-time Pay: 80,000.00 – 100,000.00+ per year
