Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Position Summary We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing and successful team at Kaleidoscope ABA. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position with no weekend or late night hours. The role offers competitive pay, flexibility, and a supportive work environment with a small caseload. Key Benefits & Advantages Salary Range $85,000 – $95,000 Potential discretionary annual incentive bonus up to $6,000 (paid monthly) Medical, Dental, Vision insurance Paid holidays + PTO (sick + vacation) Disability, Life, and other voluntary benefits 401(k) with match Small caseload with laptop provided Full-time Monday–Friday schedule; no weekends or late nights Position Description Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload. Regularly review session data with staff and families, interpret results, and modify individualized treatment plans accordingly. Provide supervision through observation, team meetings, and ongoing support with staff and families. Consult with families regarding concerns about treatment, behavior modification, or staff interactions. Receive administrative support, scheduling assistance, and general support from Clinical Manager. Required Experience & Education Certified BCBA through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs. Knowledge of appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of behavior interventions. Proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms. Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including standing, sitting, pushing/pulling equipment, and lifting up to 50 lbs.; ability to crouch, crawl, and engage with children on the floor for extended periods.
