ServiceNow Project Manager
Need ServiceNow Project Manager to lead ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and stakeholder communications while ensuring successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
•Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects, including planning, execution, and deployment.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, administrators, and vendors.
•Manage project schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies.
•Facilitate requirements gathering, status meetings, and executive reporting.
•Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and ServiceNow best practices.
•Track project progress, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget execution.
•Support Agile/Scrum project delivery methodologies.
•Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
•PMP, Scrum Master, or ServiceNow certifications preferred.
