Inside sales specialist role at a healthcare distribution company focused on remote customer engagement across digital channels. Responsible for proactive outreach, account planning, opportunity progression, and cross-functional coordination to support customer value realization.
Responsibilities
- Initiate proactive customer engagement across digital channels to advance opportunities and account renewals
- Develop territory and account plans optimizing outreach cadence and follow-up activities
- Conduct pre- and post-interaction research to define objectives and document next steps
- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate quoting and contract documentation within policy
- Monitor product availability and customer feedback to identify and escalate risks early
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, sales, or related field
- 2+ years inside sales, sales support, account management, or business development experience
- Remote selling proficiency across phone, video, and digital channels
- Consultative selling and value-based messaging capability
- CRM and sales tools proficiency for pipeline and forecasting management
- Knowledge of contract concepts, pricing structures, and compliance requirements
