Production Worker - Load/Unload (Paint Line), 8am Start

About the Opportunity Job Title: Production Worker – Load/Unload (Paint Line) Pay Rate Range: $18.50 – $20.00/hr Location: Delano, MN Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM Position Type: Temp to Hire Requirements and Qualifications Attention to detail. Basic math and conversion skills. Ability to work as a team or independently. Ability to work at a fast pace on a constantly moving production line. Willingness to operate a forklift (training provided). Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lb. Duties and Responsibilities Load / Unload Load and unload product onto a constantly moving overhead conveyor. Unpackage and prep material for loading. Inspect parts for damage. Read prints and determine racking location and paint coverage areas. Repackage finished material and prepare for shipment. Perform online quality control procedures and document outcomes. Use hand power‑tools to prep and/or repair defective material. Maintain a clean working environment and participate in regular planned maintenance activities. Shipping / Receiving Prepare outbound shipments for customer pick up. Work with truck drivers to load and unload trucks as needed. Receive incoming customer materials. Receive incoming shop supplies and paint. Safety Follow all safety procedures and guidelines. Participate in safety meetings and regular training. Other Participate in continuous improvement activities including but not limited to 5S, documentation of standard work and work instructions, kaizen events, etc. Benefits May be eligible for 5 paid holidays.
