What You'll Be Doing

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through trial
• Evaluate liability, insurance coverage, damages, and case value
• Meet with clients and witnesses to build compelling cases
• Conduct legal research and develop winning litigation strategies
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
• Handle depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and court conferences
• Prepare and try cases before juries
• Work with medical experts, economists, accident reconstructionists, and other specialists
• Negotiate aggressively with insurance companies while always preparing every case as if it will be tried
• Deliver exceptional client service throughout the litigation process

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
• Active New York Bar admission in good standing
• Trial preparation and courtroom experience
• Strong legal writing and research abilities
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple active litigation files

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $175,000–$250,000 (based on experience)
