Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Empowerment Wellness and Counseling Center, you will be responsible for a variety of crucial tasks, including but not limited to:

• Coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring comprehensive treatment plans are in place for each patient.

• Consulting with fellow team members on challenging cases, sharing insights and developing collaborative strategies for client success.

• Documenting treatment plans and clinical notes meticulously to adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.

• Acting as a liaison with community agencies to connect clients with necessary resources and support.

• Engaging in disposition planning and advocacy efforts to ensure ongoing client support and successful outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Compensation and Benefits\n
