Payroll Administrator

Randstad is urgently seeking a tenured Payroll Adminstrator to work for a prestigious financial solutions institution in a hybrid role. Ideal candidates would have 5 years of experience processing payroll and 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisor role. Familiarity with ADP payroll is required. If this sounds like you, apply today! salary: $43 - $53 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities

• Assist the Payroll Manager in coordinating and supporting the end-to-end processing of U.S. biweekly payrolls using ADP GlobalView
• Review and validate payroll transactions
• Resolve urgent payroll matters, including off-cycle and manual payments
• Review severance agreements and related payments to ensure they align with terms, policies, and legal requirements.
• Review payroll transactions completed by team members, helping to identify discrepancies and improve accuracy
• Provide support to team members by answering questions
• Support the administration of employee benefit programs
• Assist with employee tax matters, including address validation, work and resident state taxation, and multi-state withholding requirements.
• Review and process leave of absence events
• Support special projects
