As a Security Officer Access Coordinator in Earth City, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location as an Access Control Officer, helping manage entry points, verify badges and credentials, and monitor activity to help support a secure environment. You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and/or drivers, verify credentials and documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, loading areas, trailer yards, and perimeter, noting unusual activity, access issues, and/or potential policy violations.
• Support shipping and receiving operations by observing vehicle traffic, directing visitors and/or vendors to appropriate check-in areas, and following post orders for access to restricted areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
