Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient assessments, arranging diagnostic tests, and devising personalized care plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic illnesses collaboratively with physicians or independently as per your credentialing
• Providing education to patients and their families regarding wellness, prevention, and disease management
• Prescribing appropriate medications and therapies within the scope of your practice
• Engaging in follow-ups and managing chronic care effectively
• Working alongside interdisciplinary teams for seamless, holistic patient care
• Maintaining precise and comprehensive documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualification Criteria

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Mandatory Credentials

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to obtain within 90 days)
