In this role, you'll help shape talent strategies, strengthen employee engagement, coach leaders, and support a positive workplace culture across our operations.If you enjoy solving complex people challenges, influencing business decisions, and building strong relationships, we'd love to meet you.Why Join TWB Company?Partner directly with leaders to influence business decisions.Make a meaningful impact on employee engagement and culture.Work in a collaborative, people-first manufacturing environment.Support a company committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.Grow your career with an industry leader and joint venture of Worthington Steel and BAO Steel.What You'll DoPartner with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workplace issues.Lead employee investigations with fairness, consistency, and professionalism.Analyze HR metrics and identify opportunities to improve engagement and performance.Drive employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives.Support leadership development, succession planning, and workforce planning.Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.Partner on compensation, benefits, and total rewards initiatives.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.Develop long-term solutions to recurring people and organizational challenges.What You'll BringRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Five to seven years of progressive Human Resources experience.Experience supporting leaders in employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.Strong business acumen and the ability to influence leaders at all levels.Ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and make sound business decisions.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations.Experience working in a multi-site environment.Experience with HRIS systems and workforce analytics.About TWB CompanyFor more than 30 years, TWB Company has been the North American leader in tailor welded blanks, supplying innovative steel solutions used in more than half of the vehicles produced in the United States.
