Responsibilities and Duties

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies,


• Coaching team members, 


• Fostering a high-performance culture,


• Driving revenue and customer count growth


• Recruit, train, and mentor a high performing team of sales consultants


• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular coaching to ensure team success. 


• Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans for team members. 


• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals


• Identify new market opportunities and target potential customers in residential and commercial sectors


• Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results


• Ensure the sales team delivers exceptional customer service and builds long-term client relationships


• Address escalated customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution


• Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention


• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates


• Provide training to the sales team on products, services, and seasonal application needs


• Work with marketing to align promotional campaigns with sales objectives


• Prepare and present regular sales reports to leadership, detailing progress toward goals, market trends, and team performance


• Analyze sales data to forecast revenue, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks


• Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of services


• Provide feedback to improve service offerings and promotional campaigns


• Develop, implement, and manage sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets


• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve performance


• Create and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports for senior leadership

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills


• Ability to motivate and manage a sales team to achieve high performance


• Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and data-driven decision-making


• Strong organizational and time-management skills


• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets


• Strong understanding of industry products


• Capacity to align team activities with long-term business objectives


• Strong ability to analyze sales data and market trends

• Commitment to understanding and delivering on customer needs


• Ability to learn and exercise financial acumen 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED


• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
