About the Role

Everise is seeking a strategic and influential Senior Vice President, Human Resources to lead our US Human Resources and Payroll functions. This executive will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving people strategies that support business growth, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development.

The SVP, HR will oversee all aspects of Human Resources across the United States, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance requirements, and Everise's people-first culture. This role is responsible for leading a significant HR and Payroll organization while developing scalable programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent.

What You'll Do

• Lead all Human Resources and Payroll functions across the United States.

• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
\n
• Drive workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
\n
• Lead employee relations, compliance, performance management, and organizational effectiveness programs.
\n
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent.
\n
• Develop and implement HR programs that support employee engagement, leadership development, and career growth.
\n
• Provide strategic guidance on organizational change, workforce trends, and people-related business decisions.
\n
• Leverage HR analytics and workforce insights to drive decision-making and improve business outcomes.
\n
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
\n
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing HR team while driving continuous improvement across the function.
\n
• Manage HR budgets, operational performance, and strategic initiatives.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
\n
• Proven success leading HR strategy within complex, global organizations.
\n
• Experience leading a significant Human Resources and Payroll function.
\n
• Experience in the BPO, customer experience, contact center, or other high-volume operating environment preferred
\n
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with executive and C-level leadership.
\n
• Strong expertise in HR operations, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and organizational development.
\n
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute operationally.
\n
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
\n
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
\n
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

$200,000-$220,000 base salary plus discretionary bonus, medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), paid time off, and other company-sponsored benefits.
