Senior Wholesale Broker/Leader opportunity which will allow you to build out an office and region, work directly with the board of directors and actually have a say on strategy - All knowing you have access to one of the best equity deals on the market.
\n \nEquity that actually pays, structured 3-year earn-out tied directly to the profit you generate (with further opportunities at year 6 and beyond), 30% commission from day one, no thresholds, no waiting period and be offered the platform to build your own team or office, not just inherit a book
\n \nOh and this is a Wholesale Broker still early enough to shape (40+ person business looking to grow to 100+)
