Territory Sales Manager

We partner with architects, distributors, and end users to bring innovative Division 8 and 10 solutions to market. We're seeking a disciplined, self-motivated sales professional who thrives in the field. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience conducting product demonstrations, excels at building relationships, and is energized by travel. This role requires someone who can consistently generate new opportunities, manage their pipeline with precision, and communicate clearly with customers and internal team members. You'll own a territory, operate independently, and represent best-in-class manufacturers across Kansas and Western Missouri. Responsibilities Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term client relationships in Kansas and Western Missouri Deliver engaging, high-impact product demonstrations at client sites and industry trade shows Identify, qualify, and develop new sales leads across architects, distributors, contractors, and end users Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas Track, manage, and report sales activity in an organized, timely manner Collaborate effectively with internal team members while working independently in the field Provide market feedback and field insights to support product positioning and strategy Qualifications 2-5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in field or technical/product-focused roles Ability to read or understand basic architectural plans or hardware schedules Consultative sales approach with experience calling on end users, architects, contractors, and distributors Strong work ethic, communication skills, and professional presence Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms Ability and willingness to travel regularly (25-50%) for client meetings, demos, and events Self-starter mentality with proven success working independently Valid driver's license and comfort transporting demo kits #J-18808-Ljbffr
