IT Manager job at Envirogen. Kingwood, TX. Envirogen Technologies is seeking a proactive and experienced IT Manager to join our team. As a leading provider of water and wastewater treatment solutions, we rely on efficient and effective IT systems to support our operations and deliver exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our external IT Provider. You will provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot IT issues excluding Helpdesk. Additionally, you will assist with: Software updates and backups Set up and manage database access including Power BI3. Oversee all 3rd party software including need, licensing, asset mgt, and deployment except for Azure. (Limble, GoCode, etc.) Overall management of IT environment across North America. Assist in technical support not resolved by our external IT provider. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT administration and support, Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments will also be key to your success in this role.
