Full-Time Clinical Faculty - (BSN Required) Hondros College of Nursing Columbus, OH Hondros College of Nursing is looking for a BSN prepared Nurse for a full-time Clinical Faculty role at our Columbus Campus! This is a Full-Time flexible off-site clinical-based role which generally consists of 40 hours per week (typically no Sundays or Holiday scheduling!) Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Instruct students off campus at our clinical sites and/or in a lab setting. Promote a positive learning environment and work collaboratively to assure full instruction of the clinical component of the curriculum. Create a high level of student engagement by planning the student clinical experience. Supervise and orient students to the clinical site as well as to all applicable policies and procedures. Evaluate each student’s achievement and progress, providing valuable feedback. Participate as a member of the Faculty Organization and Campus Curriculum Committees. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required. Hondros College of Nursing follows the requirements set by the Department of Education, accrediting agencies, and the states in which our campuses operate. Two or more years full-time work experience as a RN (or part-time equivalent). Active OH RN license that has never been encumbered Ability to provide official transcripts for each degree earned from an accredited institution. Current (or ability to obtain) American Heart Association compliant Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. General Credentialing Requirements: Applicants selected and receiving an offer of employment will be required to complete key credentialing requirements for clinical placements prior to being cleared for start.
