Corporate Partnerships Manager

Corporate Partnerships Manager Location: New York, NY New York Common Pantry (NYCP) is one of the city’s largest hunger relief organizations, providing food assistance, case management services, senior food provision, nutrition education, and hygiene services. We are a mission-driven organization experiencing rapid growth and expansion. NYCP is seeking a corporate partnerships manager to join our development team. The role is responsible for executing all aspects of corporate fundraising—including corporate volunteering, event sponsorship, and relationship management with corporate funders. Responsibilities: Achieve the annual revenue goal for corporate partnerships. Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of corporate partners. Build and manage strong relationships with partners through regular communication, meetings, site visits, and strategic updates. Align partnership goals with corporate social responsibility objectives. Collaborate with Volunteer Engagement and Food Programs teams to develop volunteer projects for partners. Coordinate corporate group scheduling and hand off event specifics to logistics teams. Ensure a high-quality experience to increase retention and secure upgraded sponsorships. Write and manage grant proposals to secure funding. Provide partners with marketing assets and impact reports. Identify and refer individual prospects to the Individual Giving team. Assist with pitching and securing partnerships for special events. Demonstrate adaptability to changing corporate giving priorities and philanthropy trends. Participate in development team meetings and contribute to the overall fundraising strategy. Develop reports using Raiser's Edge NXT fundraising software. Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate fundraising, sales, or business development with a proven track record of hitting revenue goals. Commitment to NYCP’s mission and community impact. Superior interpersonal and communication skills with professional competence and leadership maturity. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a proactive problem‑solving approach. Attention to detail and multitasking ability. Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and under tight deadlines. Comfortable engaging individuals from diverse backgrounds. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Knowledge of Raiser's Edge NXT or other fundraising database software is a plus. Experience with project management software is a plus. Familiarity with NYC corporate funders is a plus. Compensation and Benefits: Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off (Vacation, Personal, Sick).
