Year13 is seeking a Partnerships Manager to lead our efforts in revenue generation as we expand into the U.S. market. About the Role As the Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and fostering strategic partnerships, managing client accounts, and executing impactful campaigns that drive revenue growth. Your ability to build strong relationships and deliver results will be key to our success in the U.S. market. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of partnerships, including strategy, creative direction, content production, and client approvals. Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with our goals, focusing on revenue generation and growth. Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring timelines are met and all stakeholders are aligned. Onboard partners, host milestone workshops, and engage with clients to strengthen relationships. Customer Retention: Collaborate with the Sydney based teams to develop renewal strategies and provide performance updates that highlight the value of our partnerships. Skills and Experience 5-8 years in relationship or partnership management, ideally within a learning/ education or media background, in content creation field Strong understanding of industry trends and competitor landscape. Proven track record in business development and revenue growth. Exceptional communication and project management skills. Confidence in presenting and pitching to partners. Why Join Us?
