Inside Sales Representative – Element Moving & Storage
Element Moving & Storage is hiring a high-performing Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You’re on the front line converting inbound opportunities into booked revenue while delivering a level of service that actually stands out.
You’ll be responsible for quoting moving and storage services, guiding clients through the process, and closing deals.

What we expect:
- You know how to sell. Prior sales experience matters
- Moving industry experience is a plus, not a requirement
- You communicate clearly, confidently, and fast
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and don’t let things slip
- You show up on time and take ownership of your pipeline
- You’re comfortable working in systems and handling multiple jobs at once

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year sales experience
- Moving industry experience is a bonus
- Strong computer skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Friendly over the phone
- Willing to work with AI tools to make your job more efficient
