Work Environment

This position operates primarily in the homes of our patients, allowing for tailored therapy sessions that fit their unique needs. You will have the flexibility to engage directly with patients in a familiar environment, enhancing comfort and facilitating more effective recovery. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional capabilities to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.
• Administer hands-on therapy, including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises, guiding patients through each step of their rehabilitation process.
• Continuously monitor and assess patient progress, adapting treatment methodologies as necessary to optimize recovery and mobility.
• Instruct patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and self-care methods to ensure enduring health benefits post-treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus primarily on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions affecting mobility. Our diverse clientele includes individuals of all ages and backgrounds who require customized therapeutic approaches for varied needs. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Florida or eligibility for licensure.

Preferred Experience
