Senior Manager, Social Media Marketing (1319)

Job Purpose The Senior Manager, Social Media Marketing will lead the strategy, development, execution, and measurement of organic social media across the Watches of Switzerland Group, market leaders in the retail luxury timepiece and jewelry categories. This role will directly oversee organic social media accounts for Watches of Switzerland, Mayors, and Betteridge, while partnering cross-functionally to support organic social content and strategy for Analog:Shift, Hodinkee, and Roberto Coin. This individual will be responsible for creating cohesive, elevated, and on-brand organic social media assets that advance both brand and commercial objectives across the portfolio. The role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who can translate business priorities, brand stories, product launches, events, partnerships, and retail moments into compelling digital narratives. Qualifications And Knowledge/Skills 5-8+ years of experience in social media, digital content, editorial, brand marketing, or integrated marketing, preferably within luxury, fashion, jewelry, watches, retail, or lifestyle categories. Proven ability to lead organic social strategy and execute high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms as relevant. Proficient in social media management platforms such as Emplifi, Dash Hudson, Sprout Social, or similar. Strong understanding of luxury brand storytelling, visual standards, content production, and audience engagement. Experience managing multi-brand content calendars, campaign planning, asset development, and cross-functional workflows. Demonstrated ability to connect content strategy to business objectives, including awareness, engagement, traffic, client acquisition, retention, event support, and sales enablement. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting social and digital content performance data and turning insights into action. Excellent writing, editing, briefing, and presentation skills.
