Crestmont Fabrics, a well-established textile company in Hauppauge, NY with more than 43 years in business, is seeking a full-time Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone beginning their career. No textile experience is necessary—we will provide training.
Responsibilities include communicating with customers by phone and email, entering and processing orders accurately, responding to product and order inquiries, and working closely with our sales and customer service team.
The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, detail-oriented and eager to learn. Excellent spoken and written English, a professional phone manner, and basic computer skills are essential. Multilingual skills are a plus.

Full-time, on-site position in Hauppauge, NY.
