As a TIG/MIG Welder, you will play a key role in the fabrication of equipment, parts, and manufacturing components. You will be responsible for performing high-quality welds, following safety protocols, and ensuring all work meets precise specifications and industry standards. This position would be an evaluation to hire role.Key Responsibilities:Fabricate and weld components for equipment according to specifications and blueprints.Operate and maintain welding machines and related equipment.Perform quality checks to ensure products meet industry standards.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication and welding issues as they arise.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in MIG or TIG welding is required.Ability to pass weld tests.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
