One of our manufacturing clients is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team in Waterloo, IN.**Pay Rate: **$34/hr - $37hr**Shift: **2nd/3rd shiftResponsibilities:Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipmentTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systemsDiagnose equipment failures and implement timely corrective actions to minimize production downtimeMaintain and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and automated manufacturing equipmentRead and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manualsInstall, modify, and commission new equipment and machinery as neededComplete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS softwareParticipate in equipment upgrades, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiativesQualifications:High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsExperience maintaining and repairing industrial machinery, conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and automated equipment #J-18808-Ljbffr
