As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, dynamic, and hands-on training experiences that energize and engage our sales teams. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing their skills and driving our collective success. In this role, you will be responsible for: · Drive revenue growth by exceeding daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals through effective sales strategies and optimizing performance across all revenue channels, including Home Comfort Advisors (HCAs), technicians, plumbers, electricians, and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). · Oversee multi-trade sales efforts across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades, utilizing financing and
